i build things that make other things legible to people who need to decide things. sometimes that means a multi-GPU inference workstation humming in the basement. sometimes that means a chart pattern detector that knows when a head-and-shoulders is real. sometimes that means a pocket oracle that brings AI and compute local.
i have an antminer S19J Pro in the garage and an antique sense that bitcoin is closer to time than to money. i think information wants to be priced. i think markets are slow oracles. i think most people are running on someone else's clock and don't know it.
people ask me for advice on finance, technology, philosophy, history, and life — usually in that order, often in the same conversation. i used to find this exhausting. now i build tools so the answers scale.
i served. i learned. i kept the VA healthcare. i'm engineering an exit on my own terms with 5–10 hours/week of margin and a non-negotiable family-time constraint. this site is part of that engineering.
things i actually believe:
◇ time is the most expensive thing. defend it.
◇ infrastructure beats vibes. but vibes ship the infrastructure.
◇ cross-domain insight is the cheat code. depth + breadth = unfair advantage.
◇ bitcoin is a clock that pays interest in truth.
◇ if you can explain it to a five-year-old AND a colonel, you've actually understood it.
◇ build small things that compound. avoid big bets you can't iterate on.
◇ no one is coming. it has to be you.
